The computer systems and procedures made available for the functioning of this website acquire certain personal data during normal operation, the transmission of which is inherent to the use of data exchange protocols on the Internet.

This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified subjects, but which, by their very nature, allows users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties. Rights of the data subject:

The General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 gives the data subject the possibility to exercise certain rights. In detail, he has the right to obtain information about whether and which data is available about him and to learn more about this data in an understandable form, its origin and the reason and purpose of its processing, as well as information about the owner and those responsible for the processing and individuals and categories of individuals to whom that information may be communicated.

The data subject has the right to update, rectify and supplement his data and to request that the data be deleted, blocked and converted into anonymous data if the processing violates the law. You have the right to oppose, for a legitimate reason, all or part of the processing of your data, and without a legitimate reason when data is used for the purpose of commercial information, sending of advertising material, direct sales, market and opinion research.

Time information for the data storage of personal data

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the information in this data protection declaration. With regard to the data storage of the data processed by us, we inform you of the following retention periods:

  • 5 years after the last data processing, regarding the established business relationship;

  • 5 years after the expiry of the advertised period of validity of the offer.
